We’re in the middle a a massive attack!
That’s right! A hidden amendment slipped into the federal funding bill is on the verge of totally wiping out the HEMP industry, overnight! No open debates, no committee hearings, no stand alone vote. It’s a move done on purpose that puts thousands of small businesses and farmers in jeopardy.
What it would do:
- Eliminate full spectrum Hemp products ENTIRELY!
-This means ALL THCa, HHC, Delta8 and ALL OTHER Hemp Derivatives
- Set a very low THC cap at 0.3mg – not based on safety or science. Just based on apolitical maneuvering by entrenched interests such as:
-Cannabis Industry, Alcohol & Spirits Industry & Big Pharma!
- Create a NATION WIDE blanket ban on all these products we all know and love – which many use medicinally, as alternatives to dangerous, synthetic pharma drugs!!
What can YOU do to STOP this?
- Contact your US Senators & Reps. Make your voice heard (in a respectful manner). Ask them to oppose and BLOCK this amendment, DEMAND public hearings & protect the $28 BILLION indutsry!
- Contact the US Dept of Agriculture (USDA) Hemp Production Program via email atL [email protected] or call: 888-721-4367. Let them know how you feel, ask how you can help and let them know you contacted your US Reps, asking them to respectfully block the passage of this industry killing amendment.
If the special interests in Washington D.C. are successful, this will kill THOUSANDS of farming jobs and all the jobs that go along with it. And, kill the store fronts that sell these products and make a living supporting their families – paying for the food and shelter over their family’s head, their children’s college futures, etc. And, last but certainly NOT least…YOU, the consumer will no longer have access to these products you use medicinally, as an alternative to dangerous, poisonous big pharma medications!! YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO MEDICATE THE WAY YOU DEEM SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY!
Where do we stand at the moment?
- Everything remains legal FOR NOW.
- We have 12 months to organize, MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD and push for meaningful reform!
