Georgia’s full legislature is considering a kratom law that adds severe criminalization penalties to store clerks and complicates products for consumers. It was drafted by anti-kratom trial attorneys and isn’t meant to protect consumers.

Georgians can contact their officials on the Protect Kratom Georgia Page here.

The AKA legislative team will be doing an emergency alert webinar Wednesday night at 7:30 PM ET to update everyone on Georgia and other items throughout the Country; including the City of Newport Beach’s decision to ban kratom sales and Rhode Island’s latest hearing on replacing their anti-kratom law.

Register right now and be sure and share with other advocates. Wednesday March 20th at 7:30pm ET.
