We’re not going to sugarcoat it; a ban bill is likely to pass in Montana after a Kratom Ban amendment was slid into an existing bill at the last minute. Even though you likely don’t live in Montana, this is incredibly unfortunate and bad for all American kratom consumers.

However, the AKA legislative team isn’t giving up and you can still help, especially if you do live there!

Louisiana Ban Bill Hearing Set for Tuesday April 25th at 9am

The Louisiana Criminal Justice Committee will hold a hearing on the bill to criminalize kratom this Tuesday the 25th.

Everyone can email officials starting today, and Louisiana residents should try to attend meeting!

Attendees only need to attend and fill out a RED card indicating their opposition to ban bill
