This stuff is S T R O N G. I use kratom daily about 15 – 20 grams broken up into two doses, once in the morning and once at night. I only had to take about 5 grams of this and it lasted about twice as long as regular powder or crushed leaf. If you like to buy high quality stuff I would really recommend trying this, just make sure you scale back your dose a bit as it will knock you on your butt.
