Description
Bearly Legal THCa Flower – Legal Bud!
Embark on a connoisseur’s journey with Bearly Legal’s premier THCa Legal Buds! Meticulously grown, harvested and trimmed for the discerning palate. Each strain offers a sophisticated aroma, smooth smoke and effects that harmonizes the robust characteristics of THCa.
THCa is all natural. Simply put its the precursor to THC found in real marijuana. THCa is like a green tomato on a tomato plant. Just like a green tomato turns red as it gets ripe, THCa in the plant changes into THC naturally over time. However if we pick it and and freeze it while its green the tomato stays green, and the THCa stays THCa. t just takes a little heat. So light one up and enjoy!

This product contains a unique cannabinoid derived from INDUSTRIAL HEMP. The following legislation establishes the legality of Industrial Hemp produced in the state pilot agricultural programs. Congress provides the requisite definition for allowable amounts of Delta 9 THC.
“Industrial Hemp means the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and ANY part of such plant, whether growing or not, with Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than .3% on a dry weight basis”.
As such, any “industrial hemp” products are EXEMPT from the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) and are perfectly legal to posses, use and distribute. An important legal distinction also appears in the first sentence of this bill, stating:
“Notwithstanding the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), Chapter 81 of Title 41, United States Code, or any other Federal law”.
The term “notwithstanding” was widely used by the 114th Congress as a way to supersede previous laws that may apply, without going through the process of overturning them.
This confirms that industrial hemp cannot be considered “marijuana” under the CSA.
