Looking for a strain that will help you deal with some health issues, but at the same time you want weed that will relax you and bring peace to your mind after a hard day? It’s your lucky day, because this Delta 8 Bud derived from hemp flower provides you with both remedial and recreational benefits.

Every modern cultivar of cannabis is unique, they all are carefully nurtured each with its own purpose, number of effects and healing powers. Those of you who read this for the first time may think that hemp is hemp, and cultivars cannot be that different. But this is absolutely wrong, look at their chemical structure, for example.

  • this hemp is originally a balanced sativa-indica hybrid;
  • thus, the Delta 8:CBD ratio can be as much as 20:1 and higher;
  • total D8 cannabinoids can amount up to 19% of the dry mass of the plant;
  • another important family of chemicals that make each weed unique are terpenes, their concentration is 1%;
  • most important terpenes of this strain are caryophyllene, myrcene, ocimene, camphene, humulene, and many others;
  • main effects are relaxation and euphoria, This does perform a psychoactive action;
  • it is used both for recreational and medicinal purposes;
  • main flavors are earthy, peppery and sweet.

This product contains a unique cannabinoid derived from INDUSTRIAL HEMP. The following legislation establishes the legality of Industrial Hemp produced in the state pilot agricultural programs. Congress provides the requisite definition for allowable amounts of Delta 9 THC.

“Industrial Hemp means the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and ANY part of such plant, whether growing or not, with Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than .3% on a dry weight basis”.

As such, any “industrial hemp” products are EXEMPT from the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) and are perfectly legal to posses, use and distribute. An important legal distinction also appears in the first sentence of this bill, stating:

“Notwithstanding the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), Chapter 81 of Title 41, United States Code, or any other Federal law”.

The term “notwithstanding” was widely used by the 114th Congress as a way to supersede previous laws that may apply, without going through the process of overturning them.

This confirms that industrial hemp cannot be considered “marijuana” under the CSA.
