We are thrilled to share that we’ve successfully defended the state of Mississippi from passing two Kratom related ban bills! SB 2475 has been called dead due to not making it out of committee by the bill deadline, and HB 974 has been passed out of the committee with a due pass recommendation with the two lines related to banning Kratom removed. We could not have done this without you – thank you all for your calls, emails, and other efforts to educate legislators in Mississippi. We’re closely watching Kansas and West Virginia, so stay tuned for updates on how you can help those states too!
